Nestled within this bunch of sunflowers are these tiny spots of red. There is no mention on the packaging of what they are, and nothing on the M&S website. However, using PlantNet, I found they were safflower. Apparently one of the world's oldest crops, harvested for the vegetable oil from the seeds. Who knew?
