How the main flower border has changed

I was having problems searching for a photo of what is now the main flower border.  I was surprised to find that it was originally a very narrow strip of shrubs.

It was only in 2009 that the border was extended.

The following year, nothing much was happening.

By 2012, it was beginning to improve.

After a new fence was erected, the border was even better in 2016.

And this year it is as good as it will get.

Looking good in June 2020.
