I have previously posted pictures of my Forsythia in the April of 2017 and 2020. This is how it looks this year. Despite the hard pruning of last year (as below), the branches still flop over, as they do every year.
So this year, after flowering, I will hard prune all the floppy branches and try and tie those that are left to see if they can be trained upright like all the other Forsythias you see. Watch this space.
